Mr. Clément DIAKONOFF

Clement Diakonoff is an experienced attorney specializing in the practice of criminal law, with a specific emphasis on procedure and strategy. Mr. Diakonoff provides legal services to individuals, companies and institutions at all stages of proceedings and before all criminal courts in France.

Mr. Diakonoff takes particular care in being both attentive and available to his clients. Having previously practiced law in a leading French firm, Mr. Diakonoff founded his own practice in order to offer a more pragmatic, comprehensive and tailor-made defense for his clients, using his specific skillset and practical tools in order to represent them in the most effective way possible.

Mr. Diakonoff graduated in Business Law from the Universities of Nanterre and Cergy-Pontoise (France). He also holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from Dundee University (United Kingdom).

Mr. Diakonoff previously worked for more than five years in the law firm of Serre & Boulebsol in charge of Criminal Law.

He is a member of the Association of Criminal Lawyers (l’Association des Avocats Pénalistes, ADAP).

He practices law in both French and English.

    Our firm’s fees are fixed upon discussion and agreement with the client during his/her first appointment with us and according to one essential principle: that of transparency.

    Depending on the nature of the file, its complexity and the client's needs, the most suitable method of billing will be determined accordingly: time-based billing, pre-determined fixed-rate billing or compensation based on outcomes of services.

    If a client decides to entrust the defense of his/her interests to our firm, detailed and up-to-date information on fees – both invoiced and remaining within the framework of the case file – can be provided to him/her at any time.
    The costs of any separate legal costs (bailiff, private expertise/investigator, etcetera) are borne directly by the client.
